Accenture PLC has struck a deal to buy Meredith Corp.'s Meredith Xcelerated Marketing.
The acquisition, financial details of which were not disclosed, is expected to close within 60 days, Meredith said March 29.
The transaction will not have a material effect on Meredith's fiscal 2018 financial results.
Meredith uses multiple distribution platforms to provide consumers with content and to deliver the messages of its advertising and marketing partners. Accenture provides consulting, technology and outsourcing services worldwide.
