Cotton Creek Capital acquires Louisiana-based commercial land surveying provider

Private equity firm Cotton Creek Capital Management LLC announced the acquisition of Bossier City, La.-based Landpoint LLC and all of its subsidiaries.

The firm made the investment through the Cotton Creek Capital Partners III LP fund.

Landpoint provides services ranging from commercial land surveying to geographic information systems. The company's subsidiaries include King Surveyors LLC and West Co. of Midland LLC, a technology-enabled provider of geospatial services to a variety of infrastructure end-markets.

In connection with the deal, Landpoint closed the acquisition of Houston-based Terra Surveying Co. LLC.

Landpoint's current executive team will continue to manage the day-to-day operation of the business.
