Cota fiscal Q1 profit falls YOY

4250586 said its normalized net income for the fiscal first quarter ended June 30 came to 74 Japanese sen per share, a decrease of 44.4% from ¥1.33 per share in the prior-year period.

Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was ¥12.5 million, a decrease of 44.4% from ¥22.5 million in the year-earlier period.

The normalized profit margin fell to 1.1% from 2.2% in the year-earlier period.

Total revenue rose 14.6% year over year to ¥1.19 billion from ¥1.04 billion, and total operating expenses climbed 16.5% on an annual basis to ¥1.17 billion from ¥1.00 billion.
