Report: Allianz issues $600M bond

Allianz Group issued a $600 million international bond, Cbonds reported Jan. 25.

The notes, which will mature Jan. 30, 2049, carry a coupon of 5.1%, payable semiannually, through Jan. 30, 2029, after which the coupon rate will change to the three-month U.S. dollar LIBOR plus 3.697%, payable quarterly.

Credit Agricole CIB and HSBC served as book runners on the deal.
