Goldman Sachs BDC shareholders OK reduction in asset coverage requirements

At the June 15 annual stockholder meeting, Goldman Sachs BDC Inc. stockholders approved a proposal to reduce the company's asset coverage requirements.

The approval allows the company to double the maximum amount of leverage that it is permitted to incur by reducing the asset coverage requirement to 150% from 200%.
