Roxy-Pacific's Sydney office building poised to bag A$150M

Roxy-Pacific Holdings Ltd. is tipped to fetch over A$150 million from its sale of an 11-floor office property with hotel development potential in Sydney, The Australian Financial Review reported.

The building at 117 Clarence St. offers 12,571 square meters of office space and features 1,000-square-meter floor plates, 33-slot carpark in the basement and a two-level pub hotel.

According to the March 1 report, the Singaporean group acquired the asset in 2015, following an A$81 million transaction with Altis Property Partners.
