Artemis Capital Partners, a Boston-based investment firm focused on industrial technology companies in the lower middle-market, held a final close for its second fund after reaching its hard cap in September 2018.

The oversubscribed fund, Artemis Capital Partners II LP, has already invested in two industrial technology companies: East Berlin, Conn.-based specialty chemicals maker StanChem Polymers and St. Albans, Vt.-based ceramic materials manufacturer Superior Technical Ceramics Corp.
