Private equity firm Seaport Capital LLC completed a strategic investment in Linen King LLC.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Linen King provides outsourced laundry cleaning and management services to hospitals, health systems, and healthcare clinics in the South Central and Midwest U.S.

Stephens Inc. was financial adviser to Linen King, while Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP was legal adviser to Seaport Capital.
