Kentland Bank names president

Kentland, Ind.-based Kentland Bank named Kirby Drey president, the Newton County (Ind.) Enterprise reported.

Drey will also assume a seat on the bank's board of directors. He replaces Mel Ward as president, who will continue in his role as the bank's CEO till his planned retirement in mid-2019.

Drey has been executive vice president and CFO since April 2018, according to the news outlet

KenBancorp is the holding company of Kentland Bank.
