Mikhail Dvorkovich became VTB's vice president

Mikhail Dvorkovich, the brother of acting Russian Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich, was appointed vice president at VTB Bank (PJSC), Vedomosti reported May 11.

Dvorkovich joined the bank April 2 and is responsible for overseeing the work of Glavkino, a Russian film studio complex controlled by the lender.

The complex was previously overseen by Vasily Titov, VTB's management board first deputy head. He stepped down from the post in October 2017 but continues to work for VTB as an adviser to the chairman of the management board.
