MERLIN Properties profit attributable to shareholders of the parent totaled €1.10 billion in 2017, a gain of 89% from €582.6 million in 2016.
EPS for the full year amounted to €2.35, an increase of 45% from €1.62 per share a year earlier.
Recurring funds from operations inched up 15% year over year to €289.2 million.
The Spanish real estate investment trust declared a complementary dividend of 26 cents per share to be paid in May. The amount brings distributions to shareholders in 2017 to 46 cents per share, up from 40 cents per share a year earlier.
For full year 2018, the company expects to distribute at least 50 cents per share in two installments in October 2018 and May 2019.
