NYC office tower to change hands for $600M

Ruben Cos. is selling the 49-story office tower at One Dag Hammarskjöld Plaza in Manhattan, N.Y., for close to $600 million, New York Post reported.

Rockpoint Group is set to buy the 815,000-square-foot building at 885 Second Ave., the news outlet said, citing unnamed sources.

Ruben, Rockpoint and Cushman & Wakefield, which marketed the property, did not respond to requests for comment, according to the report.
