Crocker Partners and Walton Street Capital sold the 282,883-square-foot One Financial Plaza office tower in the central business district of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., for $117 million, Commercial Property Executive reported.

Alliance Partners HSP bought the 28-story property at 100 SE Third Ave. and assumed an existing $69.9 million debt on the asset, the report added, citing Broward County public records.

The 90.5%-leased property offers 11,000-square-foot floorplans and a four-story garage, among other amenities, and counts Regions Bank and Tower Club among its tenants.
