Schnitzer West buys Bellevue, Wash., development site for $65M

Schnitzer West paid $65 million to acquire three contiguous lots totaling approximately 1.5 acres in Bellevue, Wash., the Puget Sound Business Journal reported, citing public records.

Bosa Development was the seller of the property at 10635 NE Eighth St., according to the report, adding that the company bought the asset three years ago for $35 million.
