Huntington Bancshares reducing board size

Three directors will step down from Huntington Bancshares Inc.'s board, which is cutting its size to 12 members.

Michael Endres, Jonathan Levy and Eddie Munson will leave the board at the annual shareholder meeting April 19, according to the company's proxy statement.

Endres, 70, is a senior adviser to Stonehenge Partners LLC and a director of Worthington Industries. Levy, 57, is a co-founder and managing partner at commercial real estate firm Redstone Investments. And Munson, 67, is a retired managing partner for KPMG LLP's Detroit office.
