Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. expanded its portfolio of hotel brands with the launch of the Tempo by Hilton lifestyle brand.
The hotelier said the brand already has 30 hotels under development, with 30 more deals in the works. Specifically, more than 30 commitments have been made to date for the development of hotels under the brand across prime U.S. markets, including New York; Maui, Hawaii; Boston; Los Angeles; San Diego; Washington, D.C.; Houston; and Atlanta.
The new brand will provide well-being offerings curated by Thrive Global Holdings Inc. and dining options co-developed with Blau + Associates, among other amenities.
Hilton said the brand is part of its Travel with Purpose corporate responsibility strategy of doubling its social impact investments and cutting its environmental footprint in half by 2030.
