Fitch assigns long-term issuer default rating to Italy's Immobiliare Grande

Fitch Ratings assigned a BBB- long-term issuer default rating to Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione SIIQ SpA.

The ratings outlook is stable.

The rating agency said the Italy-based property company's rating factors in a stable rental income profile that takes advantage of high occupancy rates and leverage metrics that improved over the past four years.
