KeyCorp appoints 2 vice chairmen

Cleveland-based KeyCorp appointed Christopher Gorman and Donald Kimble vice chairmen of the board of directors.

Gorman has also been appointed president of banking. He previously served as merger integration executive, in connection with KeyCorp's recent integration of Buffalo, N.Y.-based First Niagara Financial Group Inc.

Kimble, on the other hand, has been the CFO of the company since June 3, 2013. He is also a member of the company's executive leadership team and executive council.
