American Farmland vice chairman not to seek re-election

AmericanFarmland Co. Vice Chairman Harrison LeFrak will not seekre-election to the company's board at the 2016 annual stockholder meeting.

The company said LeFrak will step down when his term as a directorexpires at the meeting scheduled for June 7.

With LeFrak's impending departure, the company's board willshrink its size to eight members from nine, according to a filing.
