L'Oréal USA, a subsidiary of cosmetics maker L'Oréal SA, said Oct. 2 that Michael Kingston has joined the company as chief information officer of its Americas zone.
Kingston replaces Barry Gilmore, who served the company for 17 years before retiring in late September.
Kingston will report to Frédéric Rozé, the president and CEO of L'Oréal USA and executive vice president of the Americas zone, and Etienne Aubourg, the chief information officer of L'Oréal Group.
Kingston has previously held IT positions at Neiman Marcus Group, Ann Inc., Coach Inc., LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton SE and Castrol.
