Everest Re to invest in Hudson Structured Capital insurtech fund

Hudson Structured Capital Management Ltd. and Everest Re Group Ltd. have entered into a strategic agreement to work together on co-investment opportunities.

Under the agreement, Everest will also invest across several of Hudson's investment funds, including as the anchor investor in Hudson's newly created insurance technology strategy that will launch in early 2018.

The companies will work together to identify and capitalize on trends and themes across the spectrum of insurance technology opportunities.
