Credit China FinTech Holdings director resigns

Credit China FinTech Holdings Ltd. said Wang Wei resigned as an independent nonexecutive director from its board, effective April 1.

The company said March 31 that Wang also stepped down from his role as chairman of the board's remuneration committee due to his obligations to international institutions and his association with the Chinese Museum of Finance and the China M&A Group, causing "less devotion to commercial activities."
