Buenos Aires-based Banco Macro SA on April 4 plans to offer bonds worth up to 4.00 billion Argentine pesos, according to a security filing.
The 36-month Series C, to be issued April 9 are worth 1.00 billion pesos but expandable to 4.00 billion pesos and carry an interest rate based on the Badlar rate with an additional interest rate that will be determined upon the offering.
As of March 27, US$1 was equivalent to 20.17 Argentine pesos.
