Rock Hill Capital recapitalizes orifice fittings maker TMCo

Rock Hill Capital Group LLC closed a majority recapitalization of TMCo Inc., which makes orifice fittings for the oil and gas sector.

Charles Maurice will become CEO of TMCo, alongside the company's existing management.

The Houston-based private equity firm targets small-to-lower-middle-market companies in the U.S. South and Southeast.

Cadence Bank and Mutual of Omaha Bank provided debt financing for the transaction, while Winston & Strawn offered legal representation services.
