Primary Residential Mortgage Inc. promoted Tom George to executive vice president and chief production officer and Ruth Green to executive vice president and COO.

George was promoted from his most recent role of COO to his current position, while Green was most recently the company's senior vice president of operations.

The Salt Lake City-based company also promoted A.J. Swope to executive vice president of secondary marketing and Mathew Whitebrook to senior vice president of capital markets.

Swope has two decades of industry experience, including the last 10 years with Primary Residential Mortgage. Whitebrook has been with the organization since 2008.
