Brentwood, Tenn.-based Reliant Bank appointed Richard Stone senior vice president and Rutherford County market president.

Before joining the Reliant Bancorp Inc. subsidiary, he worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. for its middle-market banking and specialized industry group.


Wheeling, W.Va.-based WesBanco Bank Inc. named Jennifer Mott senior vice president and retail banking executive.

She was most recently the director of retail markets with a similar-sized banking institution.

WesBanco Bank is a subsidiary of WesBanco Inc.

Financial services

Michael Outlaw is joining Rockefeller Capital Management as a managing director, responsible for recruiting and managing wealth advisers in the eastern U.S.

He comes from Morgan Stanley, where he was the complex manager for Atlanta Buckhead and led private wealth management for the Southeast region.


THL Credit Advisors LLC promoted Eric Lee to managing director.

Lee was previously a director for the company's direct lending platform in its New York office.
