Harbour Group-backed Phillips & Temro buys EvoCharge

Phillips & Temro Industries Inc. bought Los Angeles-headquartered electric vehicle charging infrastructure solutions provider EVoCharge Inc.

Phillips & Temro is an Eden Prairie, Minn.-based provider of thermal management systems and controls for the transportation and heavy equipment markets. It is a portfolio company of St. Louis-based private equity firm Harbour Group Industries Inc.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
