May 27

Nicholas Chirekos was named to New Gold Inc.'s board of directors.

May 28

Nouveau Monde Graphite Inc. expanded its board with the addition of Arne Frandsen and Christopher Shepherd as directors.

Maria Ramos will take up a seat on AngloGold Ashanti Ltd.'s board as an independent nonexecutive director, effective June 1.

Bunker Hill Mining Corp. CFO Julio Di Girolomo quit, effective May 22, citing personal reasons. Wayne Parsons succeeded Di Girolomo in the role.

Steve Abbott was appointed to the newly created managing director role for Caravel Minerals Ltd.

Norsk Hydro ASA added Roeland Baan and Peter Kukielski to its board as directors, effective immediately.

Grant Ewing was picked to succeed Jordan Trimble as CEO of Rockridge Resources Ltd. Trimble will remain as president and a director.

Deeprock Minerals Inc. said Patrick O'Brien joined its board of directors and supplanted Matt Reams as CEO. Reams will stay on as a director.

E. Ian Smith took up a seat on SOPerior Fertilizer Corp.'s board of directors.

May 30

Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd. named Ronald Andrews to its board as a director, effective immediately.

Victor Flores agreed to join Lydian International Ltd.'s board as a director following the explorer's annual meeting June 12.

SouthGobi Resources Ltd. designated interim independent lead director Mao Sun as lead director. Ben Niu was elected a nonexecutive director. Both changes took effect immediately.

CFO Jonathan Pfohl quit his post with Scio Diamond Technology Corp.

May 31

Santana Minerals Ltd. said Robert Michael Bell took up a nonexecutive director role, effective immediately.

Huang Jun was named an executive director for China Nonferrous Metals Co. Ltd. Executive director Liu Yaling, nonexecutive director Chan Wai Cheung, and independent nonexecutive directors Cheng Feng, Ng Man Kwan and Siu Kai Chun all quit their roles. All changes will take effect June 1.

Quebec Precious Metals Corp. appointed Mario Caron, Dominique Dionne and Charles Main to its board as independent nonexecutive directors, effective immediately. Michel Gauthier and François Biron both left as directors.

David Hess and Marianne Kah were picked to join Allegheny Technologies Inc.'s board of directors.

AM Resources Corp. said COO Adriana Rios Garcia assumed the interim president and CEO roles, effective May 30, in lieu of Dominic Voyer. Voyer will remain as a director.

Mark Lynam joined the board of Tiger Resources Ltd. as a nonexecutive director, effective May 29.

Orefinders Resources Inc. added Anthony Moreau to its board as a director.

Director David Grand did not stand for reelection on Zephyr Minerals Ltd.'s board. Ted Grant was elected a director, effective immediately.

Pivit Exploration Inc. said President, CEO and director Michael England, CFO and director John Masters and director Mark Malfair resigned from their posts with the junior explorer. Ryan Kalt was named president, CEO and chairman, with Ryan Cheung taking up the CFO role. Kalt will join independent directors Brian Hearst and Eugene Hodgson on Pivit's board.
