A unit of property company HB Reavis Holding SARL sold the two-building, 53,000-square-meter Gdanski Business Center II office asset in Warsaw for more than €200 million.
HB Reavis sold buildings C and D of the Gdanski Business Center to Savills Investment Management Inc., which acted on behalf of an undisclosed global pension fund client.
The first two of the four office buildings, aggregating 48,000 square meters, were sold for €186 million in December 2016, also to Savills on behalf of the same client.
Greenberg Traurig was HB Reavis' adviser, while Clifford Chance and K+S Ingenieure advised Savills on the deal, which is one of the largest transactions in Poland so far this year, according to a release.
