U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission General Counsel Jonathan Marcus is leaving the agency. Marcus joined in 2011 and became general counsel in 2013.

Robert Schwartz, the agency's deputy general counsel for litigation and adjudication, was named acting general counsel.
