Peak Rock Capital boosts operations with new hires, promotions

Peak Rock Capital LLC appointed Thomas Moran as managing director, Philos Carnio as principal, David Alter as senior vice president and David Wolfish as vice president.

Moran, who will join the firm at its Texas office, most recently was a managing director at Madison Marquette. Alter was founder and partner at AV Capital, while Wolfish was an engagement manager at L.E.K. Consulting.

The middle-market investment firm opened a new office in London, which will serve as the company's European headquarters, as it builds its presence in the region.

The London office will be led by managing director Alex Dabbous. He will be joined by Carnio, a former principal at Clayton Dubilier & Rice.

The firm also promoted Jordan Campbell to managing director, Garret Iden to senior vice president of business development and Karson Chang to vice president.

Alter and Wolfish will join Peak Rock's investment team in Texas.
