STORE Capital Corp. said a proposal allowing its shareholders to amend the net-lease real estate investment trust's bylaws through a majority vote was approved at its May 30 annual meeting.

Of all the votes cast at the meeting, 134,683,618 were in favor of the proposal; 52,383,229 were against it; 162,246 were abstentions; and 21,940,798 were broker non-votes.
