BofI, shareholders file $350M shelf

San Diego-based BofI Holding Inc. filed an automatic shelf registration covering up to $300 million of its securities, while selling shareholders filed for the registration of up to $50 million of the company's common shares.

The securities include common stock, preferred stock, debt securities, warrants, subscription rights and units.

Net proceeds from the securities will be used for general corporate purposes. The company will not receive any proceeds from the selling shareholders' stock.
