Everbright Sun Hung Kai unit raises US$200M through notes issue

Everbright Sun Hung Kai Company Ltd's wholly owned subsidiary, Everbright SHK (BVI) Ltd., raised US$200 million through an issuance of three-year guaranteed notes in an international offering.

The notes have an interest rate of 5.25% and will mature Nov. 21, 2021. The offering was made under the company's US$1 billion medium-term note program.

The notes will be listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange on Nov. 22.

The offering's joint global collaborators are EBS International, China Everbright Bank's Hong Kong branch, ICBC International and Standard Chartered Bank.
