Warehouses De Pauw issues €100M green bonds

Warehouses De Pauw said it executed a private U.S. placement of €100 million worth of green bonds with MetLife Inc.'s institutional asset management business MetLife Investment Management.

The 2.62% notes have a tenor of 11 years.

The net proceeds from the bonds will be used to finance or refinance eligible green assets, renewables and energy efficiency programs, among other things.

ABN AMRO acted as sole arranger and green bond adviser.
