Qrons Inc.'s common shares started trading on the OTCQB market under the symbol QRON.
The New York-based company was previously listed on the Pink Open Market under the same ticker.
Qrons is hoping the listing on the OTCQB will raise its visibility among investors, improve liquidity of the company's shares as well broader shareholder base, CEO Jonah Meer said in a news release.
The biotechnology company, which develops cell-based solutions to treat traumatic brain injuries, was founded in 2016.
OTCQB is a venture market designed for early-stage and developing U.S. and international companies.
