Imperial Pacific, London City Equities appoint director

Imperial Pacific Ltd. and London City Equities Ltd. appointed Neil Schafer as a director on their respective boards.

Schafer is a nonexecutive director at Clime Investment Management Ltd. He replaces David Sutherland, who has resigned as a director of both companies for personal reasons.

Imperial Pacific holds a 31.06% stake in London City Equities, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence data. The former's subsidiary, Imperial Pacific Asset Management, manages the portfolio of London City Equities.
