First Acceptance to delist from NYSE

First Acceptance Corp. announced its intention to voluntarily delist its common stock from the NYSE and to subsequently deregister its common stock under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

The company also intends to deregister its common stock with the SEC and become a non-reporting company.

First Acceptance is taking action to allow its common stock to trade through the over-the-counter market.
