Banc of California general counsel to retire; successor named

John Grosvenor will retire as general counsel of Banc of California Inc., effective April 15.

Grosvenor began serving as general counsel in 2012. He will continue to be employed as general counsel emeritus after his retirement.

Angelee Harris will succeed Grosvenor as general counsel. Harris has served as executive vice president and deputy general counsel of Banc of California NA since 2013.
