PGIM Real Estate affiliate buys Fla. apartment asset for $75M

An affiliate of PGIM Real Estate purchased the 293-unit Verona View apartment complex in Plantation, Fla., for $75 million, the South Florida Business Journal reported.

The 333,099-square-foot property, which sits on 28.8 acres at 10900 NW 17th St., was sold by an affiliate of Lindermann Multifamily Management, according to the publication.
