BofA alum joins BOK Financial; Opus Bank names EVP

* Irvine, Calif.-based Opus Bank named Jim Haney executive vice president and head of commercial banking.

Haney recently served as senior vice president and regional manager for the Los Angeles Metro Region at City National Bank.

City National, which is based in Los Angeles, is a unit of Royal Bank of Canada.

* Martha Corbett, a certified public accountant, was appointed to serve as a director of First Foundation Inc. and subsidiary First Foundation Bank.

Corbett's term will expire on the date of the Irvine, Calif.-based company's 2018 annual meeting of stockholders.

* Tony Scavuzzo was appointed to the board of Springfield, Mo.-based Guaranty Federal Bancshares Inc. and subsidiary Guaranty Bank.

Scavuzzo is a principal at alternative asset management firm Castle Creek Capital LLC.

* BOK Financial Mortgage appointed Lee Wardlow to lead the company's loan servicing business.

Wardlow previously held a mortgage servicing leadership post at Bank of America Corp.
