The joint healthcare venture between JPMorgan Chase & Co., Berkshire Hathaway Inc. and Amazon.com Inc. finally has a CEO.
In an interview with CNBC, Berkshire Hathaway Chairman, President and CEO Warren Buffett and JPMorgan Chairman and CEO Jamie Dimon confirmed that they have chosen a CEO for the healthcare venture, which they expect to announce within two weeks. "The work has been done and we have the right CEO," Buffett said.
CNBC had earlier reported that the group was struggling to find a CEO.
In January, the three companies announced that they were planning to launch a technology-focused healthcare company that will aim to cut the costs of healthcare for U.S. employees and their families.
