HSBC issues $3B bonds

HSBC Holdings PLC issued international bonds totaling $3 billion in two tranches, Cbonds reported.

The first tranche comprises $2.50 billion of bonds, while the second tranche amounts to $500 million.

Both bonds will mature March 11, 2025.

HSBC was the sole book runner for the transactions.
