RockBridge sells Hilton hotel in Nashville, Tenn., for $125M

Private equity firm RockBridge Capital LLC sold the Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Downtown hotel in Nashville, Tenn., to AVR Realty Co. LLC for $125 million, the Commercial Property Executive reported, citing public records.

The 2015-built property at 305 Korean Veterans Blvd. spans 10 floors with 214 rooms, a business center, a pool, a fitness facility, a sports bar and 4,200 square feet of meeting space. The building also has an attached parking garage, the Jan. 11 report added.

Chartwell Hospitality LLC sold the property to RockBridge for $80.3 million in 2016, according to the report.
