Brown Shipley integrates Insinger de Beaufort's London branch

Brown Shipley & Co. Ltd. acquired and integrated the London branch of Bank Insinger de Beaufort NV

This follows the acquisition of Insinger de Beaufort by KBL European Private Bankers SA.

The merger adds 27 employees to Brown Shipley's London office and AUM of £1.75 billion, taking Brown Shipley's total AUM to £7.5 billion. The integration is in line with the lender's strategy to add scale to its London business.

"The team's expertise and experience looking after the wealth of international clients will further broaden both our proposition and opportunities," Brown Shipley CEO Ian Sackfield said.
