Exore discovers new gold mineralization at Veronique target in Cote d'Ivoire

Exore Resources Ltd.'s initial aircore drilling on its Veronique target intersected a new gold discovery and identified widespread in situ gold mineralization.

The Veronique target forms part of the company's 80%-owned Boundiali exploration permit in Cote d'Ivoire.

The company said March 20 that shallow drill highlights included 12 meters grading 3.63 g/t gold from a depth of 4 meters and 4 meters at 7.58 g/t gold from 20 meters.

Exore said all mineralized zones remain open, and the results are from drill testing on 1.6 kilometers of the 8-kilometer Veronique target.

Drilling continues, and the company is also undertaking regional geochemical surface sampling covering the Boundiali and Korhogo permit areas to generate new targets.
