MGE Energy, subsidiary add 2 new directors

Marcia Anderson and James Berbee joined the boards of directors of MGE Energy Inc. and Madison Gas and Electric Co., effective March 1.

Anderson is currently a clerk of court of the Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. She retired from the U.S. Army in 2016 as a major general. Berbee has served as chairman and CEO of Berbee Information Networks Corp., a provider of information technology support for large businesses, according to a press release.
