Australia's Cuscal agrees to sell ATM assets to Armaguard Group

Australian banking technology company Cuscal Ltd. agreed to sell its physical ATM assets as well as the management and operation of the rediATM scheme to local-currency management company Armaguard Group.

The rediATM scheme offers members direct charge fee-free transactions in its ATMs across Australia.

The deal is subject to regulatory and other approvals, according to a release.
