Origin Bancorp closes IPO

Ruston, La.-based Origin Bancorp Inc. closed an initial public offering of 4,181,602 common shares. The shares were sold at $34 apiece.

Specifically, the company sold 3,045,426 common shares, inclusive of the underwriters' option. Certain stockholders sold 1,136,176 shares of the company's common stock.

Origin Bancorp's common stock began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol OBNK on May 9.

Stephens Inc. and Raymond James & Associates Inc. served as joint book runners for the offering, with Keefe Bruyette & Woods and Sandler O'Neill & Partners LP acting as co-managers.
