Thai Beverage PCL said its normalized net income for the third quarter amounted to 22 satang per share, compared with the S&P Capital IQ consensus estimate of 19 satang per share.
EPS increased 88.0% year over year from 12 satang.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was 5.50 billion baht, an increase of 88.0% from 2.93 billion baht in the year-earlier period.
The normalized profit margin increased to 15.1% from 8.3% in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue grew on an annual basis to 36.47 billion baht from 35.28 billion baht, and total operating expenses increased from the prior-year period to 31.97 billion baht from 30.52 billion baht.
Reported net income grew 115.1% from the prior-year period to 8.00 billion baht, or 32 satang per share, from 3.72 billion baht, or 15 satang per share.
